A case in point is when we guided an American based company in Arusha in terminating two of its employees who were involved in fraud successfully. We were involved in drafting all the necessary letters and guided its management on the legal framework before termination through electronic communication.
- Handled labor matters with labor officer as a liaison bridge between the client and the labor officers in matters related to labor inspection and implementation of the Employment Act.
